2. What SummLabs is

SummLabs is a creative tool. You give it inputs (photos, prompts, briefs, product details) and it helps you generate video and image content from your ideas. We provide the tool. 3. Your content and your responsibility

3.1 Your inputs. You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you (generate, store, and return your content, and operate and improve the service).

3.2 Your outputs. Subject to your account being in good standing, the content SummLabs generates for you is yours to use. You are solely responsible for that content and for how, where, and whether you publish or distribute it.

3.3 You are responsible for clearing rights. You represent and warrant that:

3.4 You are the publisher. Any advertisement, post, or video you create with SummLabs and then publish is your advertisement, published by you. Compliance with advertising standards, platform rules, disclosure and AI-labelling requirements, and applicable law for that content is your responsibility, not ours.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summone Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you create, publish, or distribute using SummLabs; (b) your inputs and your use of the outputs; (c) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) your violation of any law or any third party’s rights.

So if a brand or person brings a claim because of a video you made and published, you are responsible for it, including our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 AI outputs. SummLabs uses generative AI. Outputs may be imperfect, may resemble existing works, and are not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or free of third-party rights. We don’t warrant that any output is non-infringing or fit for any particular publication or advertising use. You must review and clear each output before you use it.

7.2 “As is”.The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded for consumer users.
